In commemoration of the Menstrual Hygiene Day, Girls to Women with Ease Foundation (G2W²E) went to St Gabriel Commercial School, Mokola to sensitize the female students about proper menstrual hygiene. Free quality sanitary pads were also distributed to 127 students out of which several of them are still using rags.
It is disappointing to know that some of the parents of these girls actually encouraged them to use Rags because they can’t afford sanitary pads.
This is why we need your support to be able to adopt such girls so that they can have access to quality sanitary pads.
